John F. Robbert is admitted to practice in Delaware, Maryland, and Louisiana, as well as in the United States Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to graduating from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, Massachusetts) and Tulane University School of Law (New Orleans, Louisiana), he also holds a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Robbert is a member of WealthCounsel, a national network of attorneys who focus their practice on estate planning and elder law matters. He is also a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Sussex County Bar Association, Delaware, Maryland, Louisiana, and American Bar Associations, and the Sussex Delaware Estate Planning Council.
Not only does Mr. Robbert participate in various professional organizations, he has also served on numerous charitable, civic and governmental boards and agencies. Having taught at various educational levels, including tenure as an adjunct professor of law, he is an accomplished speaker and frequently lectures on issues related to gift and estate tax planning.
